The Wiki had some but as a tip, you should make NPCs that fit the requirements for the events so they fire more consistently than relying on RNG to get the specific NPC traits to show up organically (it is still be up to RNG though if they do show up). Some events require specific events and NPC traits to show up.

The game needs an option to pay rent either as a new day event, or as a toggable switch in MC settings (like birth control). Because if when MC becomes rich, we are getting blocked from rent-payment event 'cuz of our own success.

New landlord event is the landlord arriving and offering to mow your house's lawn. Dialogue option lean towards watching him while he works or just letting him be. Very low quality stuff, the game isn't even clear on how to leave the cheap neighborhood for the Pleasant one. Had to edit game save for that XD

The installation instructions are a bit misleading. You do get an EXE file for Win here, but you cannot actually run it - unless you have a Java Runtime Environment installed. As I have no intentions to install Java, this means the game sadly remains unplayable for me...

And no, this is not so obvious. Other games being developed in Java get compiled into a stand-alone EXE files for Windows, like Lilith's Throne. If I download the EXE file there, I can play the game on Win without a JRE.

I think the installation instructions should state clearly that JRE is required to run this. Or better still, provide a compilation into an actual stand-alone EXE for Win.

You could download any JDK and drop it in, and make BAT launcher.

I first played this in 2015. That was the year the big update came that added The Gym Jerk and Horse.
The game was first uploaded to TF Gamessite in November 2014 apparently. We are reaching the 10 year mark this winter.
